8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS.
- Comments:

A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/13/2022. There were a total of 53 children, ages 17 months- 12 years, and 10 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed during outside play and lunch. The school-aged children were on a fieldtrip during the inspection. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, and 1 medication were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the staff: diapering, allergies and outside play space. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:45 am and departed at 12:15 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
