An in person renewal study was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio during the inspection. Most children present were resting during the inspection. The playground (shade), first aid supplies, emergency supplies, diapering procedures injury reports and emergency evacuation drills are all in compliance. Violations and corrective action plans were discussed with the Director. See Violation notice for non-compliances. The inspection will be typed off site and emailed to the director for signatures. Evidence:

Evidence:
The vehicle is registered in Virginia with Virginia license plates; however, no annual safety inspection has been conducted.Plan of Correction: We have reached out to the corporate office and the leasing company to find out what needs to be done about this.

Evidence:
The notebook used for the vehicle transporting children does not include documentation of emergency numbers, regional poison control .Plan of Correction: The book will be updated to contain all required information tonight.
