An in person inspection was begun today in response to a self-reported incident being received in our office. The investigation is on-going at this time.
7/18/22
The investigation concluded today. Staff interviews, staff and child record reviews, documentation reviews were conducted. The preponderance of evidence does not support any violation of standards. There are no violations cited regarding this incident.
