Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted 7/15/2022 at 9:40am to 12:20pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 98 children under the supervision of 18 staff. Children were observed participating in group and individual activities, playing outside, eating lunch, preparing for naps and napping. There were no medications on site today. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials that were developmentally appropriate for the children in care. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector, Keesha Minor at (540) 340-2672, keesha.minor@doe.virginia.gov
