An announced initial inspection was conducted on-site on July 27, 2022. The inspection concluded remotely on August 1, 2022. The owner and director were available during the inspection. There were 0 children present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
The owner's record was reviewed and the program director's qualifications were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
