Technical assistance was given to the center management about labeling and electrical outlets.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/28/2022 from 9:40am-11:30am. There were 44 children supervised by 10 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play and playing outside. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
