Vendor has been at this location and Inspector visited the home in August but stated the machine was not working at this location and had to submit paperwork.
- Comments:

An announced inspection was conducted at the Vendor's home from 1:50-2:45 because machine was still registered at a different address. The children had been dismissed early because of snow and the Vendor arrived back at home at time Inspector did. The Vendor has 4 children and her 2 own children present for a total of 8 points. The Inspector checked the home and verified the last inspection's violations have been corrected. The children were observed playing with blocks and the vendor engaged with them on the floor.
