Technical Assistance:
Vendor has been at this location and Inspector visited the home in August but stated the machine was not working at this location and had to submit paperwork.

Comments:
An announced inspection was conducted at the Vendor's home from 1:50-2:45 because machine was still registered at a different address. The children had been dismissed early because of snow and the Vendor arrived back at home at time Inspector did. The Vendor has 4 children and her 2 own children present for a total of 8 points. The Inspector checked the home and verified the last inspection's violations have been corrected. The children were observed playing with blocks and the vendor engaged with them on the floor. The home is clean and no violations were noted at the time of the inspection. Please call with questions 703-479-4679 or email cynthia.ford@dss.virginia.gov
