An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted on in response to a complaint regarding forbidden action, daily activities for toddlers and preschoolers, and behavioral guidance. The investigation was conducted on July 27, 2022 beginning at 12:40 PM and ending at 1:31 PM. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. Documentation was reviewed and video recording from the facilities surveillance was reviewed. Due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations the complaint was determined to be invalid.
