Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-F Description: Based on a review of staff records and Director interview, Staff who work directly with children have not completed annually the department's health and safety update course.
Evidence: There was no documentation in staff's record of the 3 hour annual health and safety training. The Director said they have not completed the training.Plan of Correction: The Owner/Director will have all staff that qualify for the annual training take the course by the end of August.
