An unannounced and non-mandated inspection was conducted on 07/29/2022 in response to a self-reported incident regarding a child injury that occurred on 07/21/2022. Based on staff interviews, injury reports, written polices, and playground review no violation was found for the incident that occurred on 07/21/2022.
