Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 08/15/2022. There were a total of 38 children with 14 staff members present. Children were observed coloring, preparing for lunch, washing hands, eating lunch, science experiments and napping. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description: Based on observation, hazardous substances such as cleaning materials were not kept in a locked place.
Evidence:
Disinfectant was unlocked under the adult sink in classroom #112.
