A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 8/2/22 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 90 children were present with 13 caregivers. Children were observed coloring, playing with table toys, playing video games, playing with blocks, napping and doing art. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, 2 medications, 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety
