Thank you for your assistance during the unannounced monitoring inspection conducted on August 16, 2022 from 9:55 AM to 11:55 AM. There are forty-four children enrolled in the program. Today, there were twenty-six children, ages two through four years, with seven staff. I viewed program activities, equipment, daily routines, staffing, supervision, interactions
with children, agency reports, posted information, emergency supplies and drill records, injury reports, two staff records, five records for children, one medication authorization, indoor and outdoor areas. The children enjoyed choices indoor free play, playing with playdoh, and a teacher lead book reading. The staff were observed providing attentive supervision and attended to individual needs for care and guidance.
This program has demonstrated ongoing compliance with licensing requirements. No violations with licensing standards.
