An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on August 18, 2022 from approximately 10:25 am to 12:00 pm. There were 20 children in attendance and a total of 8 staff present. 4 staff records and 4 children?s records were reviewed. All areas of the center were observed including classrooms, hallways, and bathrooms. The children were observed listening to music, playing outside, and playing with toys, while the licensing inspector was on the premises.
The most recent Health Inspection was on 05/02/2022. The most recent Fire Inspection was on 09/30/21. The most recent fire drill was on 07/23/2022. Shelter in Place Drills were conducted twice with the most recent on 10/18/21. The First Aid Kit had all components. The license, current inspection, menu, and evacuation plan were posted and emergency numbers were posted by each phone.
