Technical Assistance:
Discussed with Director: staff responsibilities include knowing where medications are stored for children in care.

Comments:
An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. All rooms were resting quietly during the inspection.
1 staff and 3 child records were reviewed. All were complete. The playground, medications, emergency drills, emergency supplies and the menu are all in compliance.
The inspection will be typed off site and emailed to the Director for signatures

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-350-M
Description: Based on observation, there was one staff member supervising two areas during rest time.
Evidence:
One staff member was supervising the 2's-1 and the 2's -2 room during rest time at approximately 2:00 PM.

Plan of Correction: Moving forward classroom will be staffed to meet naptime ratio.
