The inspector conducted an unannounced focused inspection on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 10:50am to approximately 12:20pm. The visit focused on the main areas of previous non-compliance. Interviews were conducted, observations were made at the center, and documentation was reviewed. There were no violations resulting from today's inspection.
