Technical Assistance:
Cafeteria and Multi-Purpose Room (Gym) were measured. Space meets requested capacity for 72 school-age children age range from 5 years to 12 years. In the bathroom closest to the cafeteria that will be used by the children in care, there were a total of 7 toilets, 6 sinks, and 1 urinal.

Discussion of mandated reporting, supervision, and emergency drills required throughout the year.

All areas of the standard not determined during this initial inspection will be reviewed during the next unannounced inspection.

Comments:
This initial inspection was conducted by licensing staff and concluded on 08/25/2022, between the hours of 2 pm to 4 pm. There were no children present (although a total of 71 have been enrolled), of school-age, with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant and space calculations; medication; special care and emergencies; director's qualifications, outdoor space available, and nutrition. Children records, and staff records will be reviewed during the two month unannounced follow-up inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
