An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 08/24/2022 (on-site inspection) and 08/29/2022 (staff record review at corporate office). There were 43 children, ages 4 years-12 years, and 4 staff members providing direct supervision present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. The children were observed in meal time, arrival, and free choice activities. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: handwashing and medication. A total of 5 children?s records, 4 staff records, 6 agent/officer records and 1 medication were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the on-site inspection at 7:00 am and departed at 8:30 am and arrived for the staff record review at 12:45pm and departed at 2:00pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
