Standard #: 8VAC20-780-350-B-1 Description: Based on interview, the facility did not ensure compliance with staff-to-children ratio requirements for children ages birth up to 16 months.
Evidence:
1. The director stated, "we are out of ratio different times of the day".Plan of Correction: "The director is working to hire more staff that are able to open in the morning to be available when ratios are met. We are also working with the families to get more concrete times for drop off so we can predict the staff needs from hour to hour."
