A complaint was received in the licensing office on 08/16/2022 regarding supervision. A joint investigation with a local agency was initiated on 08/18/2022 and concluded on 08/19/2022. Interviews were conducted, records were reviewed and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
