Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on September 2, 2022. There were 27 children present, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed eating breakfast, playing games and watching a video. A total of 4 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description: Based on review of emergency preparedness plan, the center did not review and update the plan annually.
Evidence
The center last updated the emergency preparedness plan 8/17/2021.

Plan of Correction: I will review and update the emergency plan and make sure it is updated annualy.
