Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/1/2022. There were 74 children, ages 6 weeks-5years and 19 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Medications were reviewed for 3 children. The children were observed during playground time, center time and handwashing for lunch. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:49am and departed the center at 11:48am.

Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
