Discussed additional training for all staff regarding positive interactions with one another and with children in care.

An unannounced Complaint investigation was initiated today. The complaint concerned allegations of staff quality. Staff interviews were conducted, observation of the Infant, Toddler, Toddler Playground and Preschool Class was made.
