A self report was received on 07/29/2022. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted
today to investigate areas of staffing and programming. Staff and child interviews were conducted, staff records reviewed and an observation of Classroom 13 was made. This investigation was jointly investigated with a local government agency.
