The following inspection took place between the hours of 9 am through 1 pm. Staff files were reviewed by a representative from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Education, Office of Child Care Health and Safety (Fairfax) and through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services? main office located in Leesburg, Virginia. Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-A Description: Based on review, 1 of 3 staff files indicated that a staff person did not have documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening (TB) on file.
Evidence -
1. On the date of inspection (06/23/2022), TB documentation for Staff #1 was not available for review.
2. The start date for Staff #1 was listed as - 12/28/2017.Plan of Correction: TB documentation for Staff #1 will be obtained and placed on file by the start of the next school year.
