Comments:
A monitoring inspection, and an investigation into a self-reported incident, were conducted on 09/08/2022 from 11:10AM to 12:40PM. 25 children were directly supervised by 9 staff. The physical space, playground, route to the playground, staff records, child records, posted documents, evacuation drills, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, policies and required posted documents were reviewed. Interviews were also conducted. No medications were on site. Children were observed playing on the playground, preparing for lunch and engaging with the staff. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. Regarding the self-reported incident, here was not a preponderance of evidence to support non-compliance with the standards. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
