Comments:
A complaint inspection was conducted on September 14, 2022 in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on September 1, 2022, regarding allegations in the care of the children at the center. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, classroom observations were completed and staff and children?s interactions were observed throughout the entire inspection. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the complaint allegations of non-compliance with standards or law however a violation was cited outside of the concern of the complaint. A violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program. The violation is listed on the violation notice issued to the center and were reviewed with the director at the exit interview.
