An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/21/22 from 10:30am to 11:30am with program staff. There were 18 four-year-old children in care supervised by two staff. The children were observed watching an educational video about the letter ?A? and then transitioning to center activities and through teacher-led activities. Four child records and two staff records were reviewed. Both staff on site had current certification in CPR and First Aid, as well as Daily Health Observation Training. Staff reported that there was no medication on site for children, but both staff had current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The playground was inspected. The attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent Fire Inspection on file was dated 8/23/22 and the most recent Health Inspection on file was dated 9/2/22.
