Comments:
An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 12 children present in 3 rooms with 7 staff available.
There are currently no medications on site. The children were observed involved in a variety of activities, including enjoying the outside playground.
emergency evacuation drills, emergency supplies, first aid supplies and labeled/dated lunches are all in compliance.
3 child and 2 staff records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances.
A training on background searches and recordkeeping has been scheduled for 10/117/22 to review all required documentation.
