A non-mandated inspection, resulting from a self-report incident, was conducted in-person by licensing staff on 08/12/2022. The inspector was on site from 10:10am until 11:20am. Six children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed during the inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined the self-report to be unfounded. Non-related violation were sited to the program.
