A complaint inspection was initiated on June 9, 2022 and completed August 23, 2022 regarding concerns of staffing and supervision, and physical plant. During the inspection, the inspector completed Interviews with staff and collateral , observations were made in the center, and
documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid related to staffing and supervision. However, there was some validity to the physical plant concerns which resulted in a being violation cited. Evidence In the Threes classroom, there a bottle of detergent disinfectant and antiseptic spray with the labels "keep out of reach of children", "caution", and "warning" was observed on the countertop nearby sink unlocked and accessible to the children in care.Plan of Correction: Not available online.
