A complaint was received and initiated on September 14, 2022. The investigation was concluded on October 4, 2022. The complaint alleges inappropriate discipline and lack of documenting/reporting injuries. The investigation included interviews with staff and classroom observations review of injury documentation and a child's record was reviewed. The information gathered does not support the investigation and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
