A self-reported incident was received while in the field on September 14, 2022. The self-reported incident alleged inappropriate behavior management. During the investigation staff were and parents were interviewed, a child's record was reviewed and consultation with other agencies were conducted. The information gathered does not support the self-reported incident and the incident is not valid.
