Replacement of stained ceiling tiles was discussed with the program director.
- Comments:

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/11/2022. There were 48 children present, ranging in ages from infant to 5 years, with 10 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
