Licensing Inspector and director discussed the storage of potentially hazardous materials.
- Comments:
-
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on October 10, 2022 beginning at 10:43 AM and ending at 12:50 PM. There were 39 children, ages 2 months through 5 years, in the care of 7 staff members. The children were observed finishing lunch and during nap time. Nine children?s records and five staff records were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were reviewed and in compliance. Eight medications were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 9/9/2022. The most recent shelter in place drill was documented as 8/17/2022. The most recent health inspection was dated 2/16/2022. The most recent fire inspection was dated 4/1/2021.
