Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/04/2022 at 4:20pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 18 children under the supervision of 3 staff. Children were observed socializing, doing homework, playing in individual and group activities. There were 2 medications on site today. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials that were developmentally appropriate for the children in care. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
