Technical Assistance:
Discussed with supervisor: Printing MAT certificates for staff with current certification.

Comments:
An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today after school. There were 22 children and 3 staff present by the end of the inspection. 3 children arrived from another school.
3 staff records were reviewed for specific items only as the full record is reviewed at another time at the main office. 3 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances.
First aid supplies, emergency supplies and emergency evacuation drills are all in compliance. The children were observed arriving to the program, washing hands, eating snack and having discussions with staff.
There are no medications on site today. The playground was not inspected due to inclement weather. The inspection will be typed off site and emailed to the facility for signatures.

Description: Based on a review of records, one child record does not include all required components.
Evidence:
1 of 3 records reviewed had a documented food allergy on file. There was no allergy action plan including instructions from the physician, of steps to take in the event of an allergic reaction. (Child 1)

Plan of Correction: I will give the parent an allergy action plan form to have completed by the doctor.
