Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 2:50 pm- 3:30 pm. There were 23 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, staff records, a sample of children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed arriving into care and parent pick up, participating in group play, and eating snack. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was a supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance.

No violations were cited during the inspection.
