An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conduced at the same time as the monitoring inspection. The center had 12 children present with 2 staff. The children were playing in the gym and one child was watching a TV show. The children were having goldfish and juice for their afternoon snack. Interaction between staff and children were observed.
