Technical assistance was provided regarding record keeping.

Comments:
An in-person mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on September 26, 2022. There were 31 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed engaged in a cooking project, coloring large murals, and playing in the gym. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff certifications were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
