An unannounced monitoring visit and facility tour was conducted on 10/27/2022. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 50 preschool aged children in care with 9 staff members and 1 administrator. Children were observed interacting with staff, lunch, hand washing, and engaging in educational activities. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Injury reports and medications were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
