Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-D-1 Description: Based on review of staff records, the center failed to ensure that all staff had current certification in CPR.
Evidence:
1. Staff #1's CPR certification expired on 06/23/2022.
2. Administration verified that the CPR certification was expired.Plan of Correction: The staff member had been previously scheduled for the CPR training, and could not make the class. Administration will immediately get the staff member scheduled for CPR certification. The staff member will always be in the presence of a staff member who has a current certification.
