An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 3:15pm-4:30pm. There were 47 children (School-age) directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Staff records review is completed annually at the administrative office through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services. Children were observed participating in group play, working on their homework and playing outside. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.
