A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/2/2022 and concluded on 11/2/2022. There were47 children directly supervised by 10 staff members. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group activities and outdoor play time. The physical plant, 3 child records, 3 staff records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Standard #: 8VAC20-780-160-C Description: Based on staff record review, at least every two years from the date of the first initial screening or testing, staff members have not obtained and submit the results of a follow-up tuberculosis screening.
Evidence: Two staff have not updated their TB screening every 2 years from their last training. Staff #1 TB dated 10/7/2020
Staff #2 TB dated 8/12/2020Plan of Correction: Staff will schedule an appointment for their TB screening and have completed by November 18, 2022.
