Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/7/2022. There were 99 children, ages 2 ? years-5 years and 18 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medications for children were observed during the inspection. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records and 4 medications were reviewed. The children were observed during snack, circle time, center time and active time on the playground. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:43am and departed the center at 11:40am.
