Comments:
The purpose of today?s visit was to monitor compliance during a routine unannounced compliance visit.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the Director. A walk-through of the center was conducted. The children were observed individual activities, transitioning to outdoor play, circle time and resting. The following items were observed in compliance during today?s visit: proper storage of hazardous materials, use of approved space, physical plant, administration, and programs.. A total of 5 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
