Discussed emergency procedures for the facility including lockdowns and having staff review over the protocol for ememerncy procedures for a lock down.

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received on 10/18/2022 regarding emergency procedures and physical plant. On 10/19/2022, the licensing inspector was on site between 4:45pm- 5:50pm. During the inspection, video footage was reviewed, interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, records and pertinent documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
