Comments:
The purpose of today?s visit was to monitor compliance during a routine unannounced compliance visit.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the by a staff member. Licensing observed and documented the attendance. The children were observed transition to rest time. Licensing observed children hand washing. Staff members provided assistance and a staff member read story to children as they begin to lay down.

Limited licensing requirements were monitored

The following items were observed in compliance during today?s visit: proper storage of hazardous materials, use of approved space, physical plant, administration, and programs. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
