Evidence:
1 of 3 staff records reviewed did not contain documentation of the Preservice 1- hour course within 90 days of employment. The course certificate is dated 11/14/2022. (Staff A: Date of Hire: 7/7/22).Plan of Correction: Moving forward, new hire records will be reviewed every 30 days to ensure they are complete. Time will be allowed during work to complete the course if necessary.
If the course is not completed, the staff will not return to work until it is finished.
