An unannounced investigation was conducted on 10/13/2022, in conjunction with a local agency, in response to a complaint regarding programs and special services, received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on 10/11/2022. Additional interviews were conducted on 10/18/2022 and on 11/18/2022. Based on staff interviews, documentation reviewed, and observation of the center's video recording, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations.
